The Ministry of Shepherds is dedicated to caring for the church community through compassion, connection, and service. Working closely with the Pastor, the ministry visits members, offers encouragement, and reaches out to those unable to attend worship in person. They mail CDs and DVDs, make phone calls, and provide support to those in need.
Looking ahead, the ministry plans to expand its efforts — assisting with financial needs, helping newcomers adjust, and providing training opportunities such as computer skills and job readiness. The Ministry of Shepherds exemplifies Galatians 6:2 — “Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”
